The Nordstroms connection is highly important given that Marie after she learned SPC James Coon was killed in Iraq.

The story was a false narrative. Digging through articles, learning various facts about the Iraq and realizing how a computer virus was to 9/11 (See Nimda.club ) then learning snippets about what was really in Balad. It became somewhat obvious that Marie's suicide in Lake Arrowhead might be connected to his death via sniper.

Former Public Defender for the City of San Francisco

Jeff Adachi

August 29, 1959 - February 22, 2019

Jeff Adachi, a tireless advocate for equal justice, passed away suddenly on Feb. 22, 2019 at 59 years old. He was the elected public defender of San Francisco, a filmmaker and author, and a beloved husband, father, son, brother and friend.
Jeff was born Aug. 29, 1959. His parents and grandparents were among the nearly 120,000 Japanese Americans forced into internment camps during World War II. Learning of their ordeal would cement Jeff's lifelong commitment to due process and the right to counsel.
Jeff's advocacy for the accused bloomed as an undergraduate at UC Berkeley after joining a student movement to free Chol Soo Lee, a Korean immigrant wrongly convicted of murder. Jeff earned his bachelor's degree from UC Berkeley in 1981 and his Juris Doctor from UC Hastings in 1985. He was hired as a deputy public defender at the San Francisco Public Defender's Office in 1986 and served as the office's chief attorney from 1998 to 2001.
He was elected Public Defender of the City and County of San Francisco in 2002 and took office on Jan. 8, 2003 following two years in private practice. Under his strong leadership and fierce advocacy, the San Francisco Public Defender's Office became a national model of holistic defense. Jeff battled on the steps of City Hall for adequate funding, in Sacramento for laws favoring treatment over incarceration, and in court for the clients he personally represented. He tried more than 150 jury trials and handled more than 3,000 criminal matters in his career, including some of the Bay Area's highest profile cases. Today, more than 23,000 people each year rely on the office and the innovative services Jeff instituted. These programs include in-house social workers; expungement and reentry programs; and literacy, health and recreation opportunities for low-income youth. Specialized teams of attorneys devote their expertise to juvenile defense, education advocacy, immigration, mental health, bail, and pretrial release.
Jeff was an advocate for racial justice and a watchdog against police and prosecutorial misconduct. Surveillance footage he turned over to the press and public led to federal investigations and criminal convictions against law enforcement officers who brutalized or stole from citizens, conducted warrantless searches, or fabricated evidence.
He served on the board of numerous professional organizations over his career, including the American Bar Association's Standing Committee on Legal Aid and Indigent Defendants, the National Board of Trial Advocacy, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the National Association for Public Defense, and the California Public Defenders Association. He is the co-author of Chapter 25: Immunity for Testimony, in California Criminal Law Procedure and Practice. He was a BAR/BRI bar review professor for more than two decades and published five books on passing the bar exam. He recently completed two additional manuscripts—his autobiography and a biography of San Francisco's first public defender, Frank Egan, who would later be convicted of murder.
Jeff garnered numerous local, state and national awards for outstanding public service, managerial excellence, prisoner reentry, youth advocacy, and transparency.
Jeff was an award-winning documentary filmmaker. He wrote, produced and directed The Slanted Screen, a 2006 film that explored stereotypes of Asian men in American cinema. In 2009, he directed You Don't Know Jack: The Jack Soo Story and in 2016 made the short film America Needs a Racial Facial. His 2017 film, Defender, focused on his defense of a young black man following a racially charged encounter with police and followed the work of the office's fledgling immigration unit. Ricochet, to be released later this year, chronicles the tragic death of Kate Steinle and the trial of the immigrant accused of her murder. In addition to his own creative projects, Jeff provided opportunities to other artists through his work with California Humanities the Center for Asian American Media.
He is survived by Mutsuko "Muki" Adachi, his wife of 21 years; his daughter Lauren Adachi, a freshman at Brown University in Providence; his parents Sam and Gladys Adachi of Sacramento; and his brother Stan Adachi of Long Beach. He is also remembered by thousands of legal professionals across the country who benefitted from his mentorship, encouragement, and training and who will continue his legacy in the fight for justice.
A public memorial will be held Monday, March 4 at 11 a.m. at San Francisco City Hall. The family desires that a fellowship in Jeff's name be created to aid deserving young law students and lawyers. In lieu of flowers, a tax-deductible donation payable to "AABA Law Foundation – Adachi" may be mailed to Prather Law Offices, 245 Fifth Street, Suite 103, San Francisco, CA 94103. Donations in Jeff's name may also be made to gofundme.com/jeff-adachi-legacy-fund.

#deadwitness ~ Patrick Cifo suicide sketchy as it gets another downtown club patron of Walnut Creek

The Fate of Patrick Cifo

His daughter is in disbelief

Patrick Neil Cifor
June 10, 1962-Feb 8, 2013
Resident of Walnut Creek
Patrick Neil Cifor, 50, was born June 10, 1962 in Livonia, Michigan to the late Shirley and John Cifor. Patrick was a free spirit and a dreamer. He wasn't afraid to work hard and travelled the globe to sample his favorite foods and wines. He was a loving father to his daughters Marika Cifor, who lives and works in Massachusetts, and Yeva Cifor, who is a college freshman in Washington State.
He always tried to be a gentle and trusting soul, who wanted to help others any way he could. He was brother to Sandra Cifor, Linda Cifor, John Cifor, and Gerald Cifor. He had many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins, many still living in Michigan. His longtime business associate in Benefits Access,Neville Guard, and his coworkers, Yolanda, Kate, Sherrie, Yasmin, and Christie, were his longtime friends. He lived life to the fullest and always tried to stay upbeat. He had many friends whose lives were fuller for knowing him.
To celebrate his life, there will be a Memorial Service at Hull's Walnut Creek Chapel on Thursday February 14th at 1PM with his family in attendance. In lieu of flowers,Patrick would have liked donations to be made to the Contra Costa County Food Bank , Red Cross, or the charity of your choice. He will be missed by all of us. Please pray for his soul.

Word on the street was ...

The typical pre Chief Chaplin response was to pass a story and never tell the public the truth. Mr. Cifo a regular around town at bars or clubs like Tiki Toms, WPLJ's, Vinnies and drove one of those cool three wheel bikes. He would park on Main or Locust hand around near the Apple Store (old location, Pre 2018) or would be in the same clubs where Pete Bennett would be on stage at the local open-mics.

Pete met Patrick when he parked the Trike

Then later we crossed paths at local clubs where Pete began incidents. He gave details to Law Enforcement working on the endless attempts on his life as he watched his personal contacts going down accidents, drugs, murder and unusual endings. Pete has been watching for 40 years.

His daughter is in disbelief

- By Angela Cifor

I want to discuss the death of Patrick Cifor. He was my uncle. I loved him. I love his daughters. I love my father, Patrick's brother. The Cifor family is flawed in many ways, but one thing is certain: Cifors do not quit. They do not give up. They do not commit suicide.

Walnut Creek is a small town. It is a wealthy town, quiet and peaceful. The Contra Costa sheriff's department—tasked with protecting the citizens of that county—has an excellent record with respect to community safety. But they are understaffed.

When Patrick Cifor died, the Contra Costa sheriff's department conducted a routine investigation. They took limited witness testimony at face value. They placed a significant amount of weight on the Medical Examiner's statement, which ultimately arrived at the conclusion that the cause of death was a suicide because there were no defensive wounds on Patrick's arms.

Patrick Cifor did not commit suicide. The facts support this. Every person who knew Pat supports this. Patrick Cifor was murdered. How and why is unclear. What is clear is that the Contra Costa sheriff's department far too quickly ruled Pat's death to be a suicide without a complete investigation, without sufficient interviews, and without any perspective on Pat's life, his acquaintances, his friends, and his associates. They failed Patrick, and they failed the community of Walnut Creek.

The Contra Costa sheriff's department claims to have conducted an investigation. That "investigation" was a complete failure because of many staggering omissions. Not a single officer interviewed Patrick's therapist, his neighbors, his friends, or his business associates. Those that were close to Pat shared their confusion about this with his family. The knife that Patrick allegedly used to stab himself was not sufficiently inspected. The sheriff's department told Pat's sister that his body would be cremated in three to five days; it was cremated 12 hours later. What is happening in Walnut Creek, California? Why is no one questioning what happened?

As a Cifor and as a citizen who believes in truth and justice, I am not OK with this situation. Patrick Cifor was a father, a neighbor, a friend, and—most importantly—a kind-hearted man. Ask questions. Demand answers. Do not let this go away without a fight.

The Contra Costa Superior Court let The Dirty DUI Judge why do you think Pete Bennett created #deadwitness

The Contra Costa Superior Court and "The Dirty DUI"

Appearing in front of this Judge were the same officers arresting and ticketing Pete Bennett.

Judge Joel Golub

Well known to Commander Norman Wielsch, Deputy Tanabe, District Attorney Mark Peterson and Officer Luis Lombardi. T

his crew plus many more to be revealed soon part of theft extortion operation never seen before.

The Traffic Commisioner and Abuse of Authority Under Color of Law and Official

Bennett knows this judge from when he resided in the Town of Danville between 1996 and 2006. Bennett was robbed of his inheritance, cars and family while enduring surreal duress. Golub had ample opportunity to assist Bennett with issues connected to the Police in the Town of Danville. Instead he chose to issue fines that became an immpossible hurdle to overcome.

Golub's Role in a Parental Abduction

The abuse of Judge Golub that he effectivey sealed the fate of the abduction of Bennett's son.

There is no question that Golub knows the ex-wife of Pete Bennett. He was duly informed of multiple attempts on Bennett's which includes the attempet murder via arson. What is better the coconspirators decided the best way to terminate his ex-wife as a witness was burn down the Town of Paradise by using PG&E as the usual scapecoat.

The Chief Murderer of Contra Costa Sheriff

This is the former Chief of Police of the Town of Danville who told Bennett the 9/11 tapes.

Pete Bennett carried an $850,000 Prudential Life Insurance Policy plus an inheritance valued at more than $500,000 and receivables from Albert D. Seeno, SBCGlobal and several others. All of those assets lost in a complicated scheme that was structered within the Mormon community.

Three Homicide Cold Cases Filed as a Result of Years-Long Operation by FBI Safe Streets Task Force

Martinez, Calif. – Today, the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office is announcing three homicide cold cases, involving multiple defendants who are gang members affiliated with the Sureños, were filed recently. The gang violence was focused in South Concord and near Monument Boulevard. This successful effort was due to the years-long investigation and operation led by the FBI Safe Streets Task Force and local partners, including Concord Police, FBI, U.S. Attorney’s Office of Northern California, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms along with our Office. Two cases were filed last week and one was filed yesterday, totaling four homicides involving 11 defendants.

Operation Boulevard Blues culminated in a major law enforcement operation last Thursday that resulted in the arrest of 31 individuals and involved 31 different law enforcement agencies. Thirty-four search warrants were executed in multiple locations across Contra Costa County and 42 firearms were recovered. The details of the operation were announced earlier this morning with our federal partners.

“Our local efforts working collaboratively with our law enforcement partners, especially Concord Police, will keep our community safer and take violent gang members off the streets of Concord,” said District Attorney Diana Becton. “This successful operation started with a wiretap and led to multiple gang members involved in senseless murders and violence being arrested. While these cases were not solved right away, Concord Police and the FBI Safe Streets Task Force did not give up and fortunately we can bring some closure to the victims’ families.”

Overall, the DA’s Office filed three separate homicide complaints involving the following gang members of the Sureños – all of the alleged four homicides were done for the benefit of the gang:

  • People v. Michael Valdez, Andrew Cervantes, Daniel Rodriguez, Docket Number 01-194377-8
    • Victim is Marcos Villazon, Date of Alleged Murder is November 21, 2015
    • Victim is Luis Estrada, Date of Alleged Murder is November 30, 2015
  • People v. Rafael Lopez & Juan Barocio Jr., Docket Number 01-194379-4
    • Victim is Victor Gutierrez, Date of Alleged Murder is April 17, 2014
  • People v. Jose Cisneros, Marcos Ochoa, Luis Cruz, Aurelia Mendez, Antonio Mendez, Jose Ochoa, Docket Number 01-194418-0
    • Victim is Erick Cruz, Date of Alleged Murder is September 12, 2015

The criminal investigations because of this operation are still active and ongoing. All of the defendants charged by the DA’s Office remain in custody.

John was a regular face in Walnut Creek.  His father was Bennett's client who became a casual chat friend.   Not buying the official story.

Like Pete Bennett Mr. Nejedly ran for public office.  Bennett's short lived consideration to run for Congress died in 2004 when his truck explodes.

Bennett considered running City of Council of Walnut Creek for 2020 but instead his medical impacted his decision to run.

Benny Chetcuti Jr.

This person is one of several links between San Bruno and Walnut Creek. I've traced Chetcuti's business scams to Daly City, San Bruno, the East Bay, and beyond. Unfortunately there is old crowd from Bing Crosby's in the local real estate/mortgage/banker/developers who are interwoven. There are many designs, overlapping designs with circles that look like the old Amway meetings from the 70s. One particular real estate deal links Benny to
The Bing Lapus/ Benny Chetcuti / Roozzee real estate transaction connection is the main reason Lafayette Chief Christiansen refused to investigate my 2011 Hit and Run likely connected to the PG&E Laptop theft that I'm going to say is one of the worst domestic terrorism incidents in the country.  It's likely the maps were used to take out the Metcalf Station Attack.

Stephen Tanabe

Lived down the street from me in Danville. Prime suspect in blowing up my truck but arson is a tool Law Enforcement uses in Contra Costa County to solve problems.
It was attempted murder, it was premeditated, planned and likely connected to Alamo 1st Mormons, my ex-wife and the Danville Police.

Gary Vinson Collins

The core suspect in the Bennett/Collins/Danville Incident where Mr. Collins was allowed to beat a resident (300# to 160#) and try to kill said resident and was allowed to leave.
Sounds like a Hobbs Act Violation to me.

Louis Lombardi

This officer worked for San Ramon Police under Sheriff's department contract but Lombardi pulled me over on Green Valley Road, used his weapon as pulling his weapon then along with Danville Officers Tierney, Paul Murphy and Mike Ireland ran a full blown campaign of tickets that were further enforced when Judge Joel Golub added over time became $17,000 in fines that's keep me driving.

Tim Schultz (Captain)

Decided to falsely accuse Bennett of assault and battery on a City Employee in August 2012 the City Employees who later attacked Bennett at Panera Bread were OK to attack this resident as like all other Walnut Creek police investigations it's OK to beat residents when you belong to the UNION and covered by the Municipal Pooling Authority

Eric Bergen (PPD)

Convicted of murdering my friend Cynthia Kempf in 1988 during a failed takeover robbery.

George Elsie

Convicted of murdering my friend Cynthia Kempf in 1988 during a failed takeover robbery at the Pittsburg CA Railroad Ave Safeway

Paul Murphy

Creator of faked police reports which preceded the deadly Kinder Morgan Explosion in 2004 which is probably connected to Gary Vinson Collins who like many Cotra Costa Witnesses ends up dead.

Greg Thompson

Liked to drink at Dallimonte's bar - tried to attack me at the Martinez B of A stating he was going to drop me but he wasn't too happy when I verbally blasted him about his connections to CNET. Just another retiree from Walnut Creek beating on residents. Mr. Fish is actually a Walnut Creek Police officer that used to drink with Oberhoffer, Peter Branagh's personal secretary and that's where Randall Wanser hung out as well. It's in the neighborhood, the building is owned by one of Seeno's friends and that's why I got such a good deal.  It was too good to be true but in 2010 vacancy rates were high.

Mary Nolan

San Ramon Attorney convicted of tax evasion and conspiracy. She is not the only attorney to use Butler but currently is only attorney convicted and then disbarred.

Joel Bryden

Former Chief of Walnut Creek Police who o November 2nd 2011 was given documents/information regarding attorney Merritt Wiesinger, CNET and Danville Officers plus was fully informed of Bennett's FBI status, was one of several persons connected to CNET right around the time the FBI arrested Wielsch and Butler in 2011.  One conversation occured July 6th 2011, I was arrested the next day, then my PG&E laptop was breached, then my car was totaled in Lafayette CA by a police officer from San Francisco with connections to Hugh Smith (PG&E contractor) and Walnut Creek Police officers.

Mike Chan (Sgt)

Worked with Captain TIm Shultz who decided Bennett attacked a city worker. This allegation emerged a week after Bennett's car was totaled by a police officers connected to Walnut Creek, San Francisco, Pleasant Hill with cover provided by Lafayette Police

#deadwitness ~ Kadeem Hodge - In the same holding cell with Pete Bennett arrested by CBRE, Regency Centers

Man Arrested Saturday for Theft at Concord’s Sunvalley Mall Killed in Shooting on Sunday in Antioch

DECEMBER 4, 2017 15:21 PM · 38 COMMENTS
A murder victim has been identified by the Contra Costa County coroner’s office today as 19-year-old Antioch resident Kadeem Hodge, who was shot and killed early Sunday morning in his hometown, police said.
An Antioch resident with the same name was arrested a day earlier for allegedly shoplifting at the Sunvalley Shopping Center in Concord, but Concord police did not immediately confirm whether it is the same person, however, friends of the victim have confirmed he is the same man.
Antioch police found Hodge on Empire Mine Road at 2:27 a.m. Sunday with what appeared to be gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead where police found him.
Concord police on Saturday were patrolling the Sunvalley Shopping Center when shoppers alerted them to an alleged shoplifting case.
Witnesses provided a description of the suspect vehicle, which police found quickly as the vehicle entered the highway.
Officers pulled the vehicle over and found stolen merchandise from several stores.
Police said besides Hodge, they also arrested Tiana Mayberry of Antioch.
Hodge and Mayberry were arrested on suspicion of shoplifting, conspiracy and possessing burglary tools.

Yes, we;re talking about a 19 year old, I have one too – they are accountable if they are living at home!

19 year olds make their own decisions. Do you think someone on the street at 2 in the morning follows directions? If your teen found a way outside at that time and was murdered that you’d be accountable?

My first reaction doesn’t jive with any of these comments. My thoughts are that this is so sad. I don’t like crime but we are talking about someone’s life. It could be your kid that messes up.

Only one life What will you do with the time you have? Where will you spend eternity? No “do overs”…Such a waste…Apparently stealing was easier than working..If his parents could afford a good education they probably could afford his Bail…Sometimes its better to let the kid experience some Jail and hopefully it will scare them straight…

He was most likely out before the officer left the jail! Welcome to California! This is how the voters want it!

This “kid” didn’t just mess up. Given the fact that he was arrested just hours before “should” show you that this was more of a pattern. The criminal/thug life can be dangerous. All of our life decisions have consequences. He made his choice on what direction he wanted to go.

Wow, it’s really surprising what the anonymity of the Internet has done to our community. I will pray for each and everyone of you who have fallen off of the path, to be led into such hateful and judgemental thoughts.
Toxic emotions spread like wildfire, I implore you to get a handle on it before it’s too late. Bless you all.

Says you. What if his soul was saved over those years?

Young life tragically cut short? Great time to dust off some prejudices and stereotypes and drag the poor boy through the mud.
