Obit: Michael S. McNulty

Michael S. McNulty

Sept.26,1980~Nov.10,2012

Resident of Walnut Creek

Will be missed by all who loved him dearly. A Funeral Service will be held at Higgins Chapel on Monday, Nov. 19, 2012 at 9:30 am, followed by a graveside committal service at Holy Cross Cemetery in Antioch, Ca.

Walnut Creek CA July 20 2013  Micheal McNulty was found dead of an apparent Gun Shot wound to the head on November 10th 2012.  Like the other incidents in the area I placed him in my database and began searching.  One reason was the name McNulty resonated with me but the other fatalities I'm tracking are connected to the head of the Contra Costa Bar but that person leads to Alamo 1st Alamo CA where I suspect Alamo 1st Members tried to kill me on 680 back in 2004 by rigging my F-250 truck oil with accelerant.  I almost burned to death just like the Filipino Nurses did in the Limo Fire (Arson or Accident) which matches other Limo Fires in the Walnut Creek area.

The answer came when I was talking to a friend of someone who know Sue McNulty Rainey - then I realized he was the same "Uncle Fester" that frequented Tiki Toms where I play music.  The sad part is I called the Humbolt Coroner who was more than candid which suggested the suicide is a cover story.

Why the concern - Few know this but Michael McNulty is the nephew of former Mayor Sue McNulty Rainey who married to former Sheriff Richard Rainey then later serving as State Senator Richard Rainey (R), so what are the chances of Don Perata's daughter in-law Catherine Perata drowning in a pool.

In Contra Costa County the powerful spin together mostly along party lines.  The Republicans from Orinda, Lafayette, Walnut Creek, Alamo, Danville, San Ramon and Clayton.  The Dems suck the putrid refinery gases north, west and east county. The attorneys mostly are republicans and a fair amount of political power is Danville.

The deputies live in Seeno built homes and the rest live in early crappy Seeno Homes. It took them 30 years to learn how to build a good house - too bad for their misfortune.

Contra Costa Bar Association Leadership Notice

Open Letter to Bar Leadership

My name is Pete Bennett I am a litigant defendant plaintiff and business person. I have a courtroom history beginning in the 1980s, a significant case is Bennett vs Southern Pacific, other cases are Bennett versus Collins, Fang versus Bennett,Tarrant v Bennett, SFN v Bennett, Wood v Bennett, Overra v. Bennett plus many more  that have been deleted by Court Personnel without Authority.

most of my cases have ended when several of the witnesses have been killed some cases never made it to the courtroom because they beat up one of my attorneys, burn down the office of a different attorney and murdered the son of an attorney in your Bar Association and the former president of the bar James S greenan son was murdered on Westbound 24.

true leadership begins with assessing your internal resources, business methods, addressing allegations of Fraud and malfeasance.

there is a problem with Witnesses being killed and litigants turning up dead.

There is a problem with the bar association's repeated inability to address issues connected to Bennett attorneys and the fact the bar has blocked Bennett access to pro bono, attorneys willing to take on plaintiff cases with contingency fees.

in the matter of Bennett versus Southern Pacific judge Peter spinnato appears to have moved onto property owned by billionaire Philip Anschutz which means he took a bribe.

Oracle Corporation the sad passing CEO Mark Hurd

The reason I follow dead CEOs started with Dale Ratliff of Mountain Lakes NJ, former CEO of Playtex then located in Bergen NJ. ⁷

The Bennett's an Ratliff's shared backyards, Matt and Mitch Ratliff, Pete Bennett, Randy Grieg, Seth, and Rob S. were good friends, Pete had a big basement, we all used to play all night Monopoly, War or build the HO train layout in the attic.

 Matt reach out to me

I was at the Contra Costa County software incubator the same day that a longtime acquaintance Tom Gonzales senior was in his office we all shared the same floor actually is IPO went off and I remember Tom saying to me AP I'm worth seventy-five million I walked by about 20 minutes later and he was worth 85 million or something like that.

Years later I saw Tom senior and Tom Jr in a bank in Lafayette and little did I know Tom Jr was dying of cancer.

They founded Distra Corp, which became commerce one which after going public  became the darling of darling of Walk Street.

Years later Tom where his foundation ended up in a court room with the same wonderful attorneys connected to the Contra Costa bar Association.

The son of the former president of the bar is dead oh, so is the daughter of the former district attorney.

This is where theranos and Commerce  One thread together via Balwani now being prosecuted by the SEC in connection to the failure of Theranos.

Some of the key investors came from Southern Pacific are linked to

EOW:CHP Officer Kenyon Youngstrom and Pete Bennett

Pete Bennett met Officer Youngstrom in March 2012 by September killed by us programmer Chris Lacey.

There's something wrong with this story because the so-called fatal officer shooting team missed a few things from my opinion.

Jurisdiction is CHP and Contra Costa District Attorney's office except the da was indicted so figure it out from there.

The Duguard Story Pete Bennett called it in Contra Costa Sheriff got it wrong

If I had access to my legal documents Solon fight most likely Chris Ivory of ivory Consulting and Russ Darby each of them took my legal documents in 2004 how not that important but they did it.

What they got was my legal documents and the application for Phil Garrito.

All the records for Bennett versus Southern Pacific we're lost which is a murder near Larry Ellison Philip Anschutz and Michael Milken are you ready to reconsider their impact on society.

The Strack Family Murders relatives once remove to Pete Bennett

It's not every day that your relatives pop up on screen and the boy that you met in 1991 a nice kid 25 years later killed his family.

It doesn't help his brother or half-brother connect to a venture capital firm in the peninsula that connects to the murders of my friends via the Mormon community.

My brother is the uncle and stole a million dollar trust with the help of Walnut Creek Police and district attorney Mark Peterson now disbarred.

It's a new day everywhere but there's no money in my pocket at the moment this posting in July 2020

Former Chief Chris Wenzel witness to an exploding truck or better attempted murder as the co-conspirator

As the co-conspirator to the deaths of many of these persons I began tracking Wenzel when the officers from Danville were arrested in 2011 I realized my truck explosion was deliberate as suspect officer was in handcuffs and heading to jail

Wenzel was there when my friend's son was killed on the front porch, he would know officer youngstrom from the jail, running the jail with my roommate David Bremer was killed and the son of my attorney Joseph Behiel  who served his country only to die in the county jail.

At the coroner's inquest they said the cameras were broken for David Bremer's suicide just like Jeffrey Epstein

Former attorney for billionaire Phillips Anschutz

This attorney crosses into several murders near me we share multiple murder victims and I am positive he is involved in the murder of my witness in 1989 in the matter of Bennett versus Southern Pacific which brings in Philip Anschutz Larry Ellison and Michael Milken they're all friends playing tennis when a family here in Walnut Creek is burying their son

Us attorney eastern district McGregor Scott

Us attorney McGregor Scott has an honorable reputation but he also was a contra costa district attorney back in the 80s to 90s when my most significant loss has occurred.

I firmly believe that he may know something and has had to hold it back for all these years and will be willing to come forward

Is it possible that Scott Peterson and the murder of Laci connected the long ago USS Liberty Incident?

The Honorable Ellen O. Tauscher

I met Ellen Tauscher back in the 1980s in Concord when her and her husband operated one of several computerland franchises, then years later I was actually building fixtures for computerland
Corporate.

Then in 95 hired you develop software to replace the reporting system that wasn't working right right that's where I discovered the 25 million dollar fraud or more with refunds going back to Apple.

Then the buyer of computerland stores a public company was forced to restate earnings when my reports hit management they realize they have been ripped off.

I have more to say for another day

Connecting Mayor Arnerich and the murder of Danville Building Inspector Gary Vinson

Many Contra Costa residents have been victimized by the CPS and Social Services.

Some were entrapped bye operators in the Contra Costa Narcotics task force which was a rogue agency that ran operations on unsuspecting spouses.

Much of this ties into the sustaining members of the Contra Costa bar and related attorneys.

This man has several problems, the death of councilman shamansky who is a good acquaintance of mine we mutually are connected to Gary Bell councilman and my former coworker at Contra Costa County tax collector bill polacek.

All three died of spinal meningitis, my UPS driver died of spinal meningitis my coworker almost died of spinal meningitis and children of several people I know in total 6 fatal one non-fatal but almost deadly.

The chief of police in 2004 was Chief Chris Wenzel when I entered the freeway August of 2004 my F250 exploded into a ball of Fire, my divorce papers were served in April of 2004 and by summer my truck was exploding send a Danville building inspector nearly killed me.

the town of Danville looked the other way while attempted murders went on in their town but I'm pretty sure that they successfully killed a few people.

I'm working on it right now Aquidneck wise dead in the water.

I can guarantee that the exploding truck incident it's likely connected to the Caldecott Tunnel Piedmont Lumber in Walnut Creek Wendy's in Walnut Creek and a dozen other cases and yes the ATF has been here on scene for over 10 years.

You can visit theserialarsonist.blogspot.com documenting the fires in the East Bay and around the bay one of those fires was Paradise where my family was almost killed I call it family but it's not much of that anymore.

Meet the Arnerich Family: A Life Dedicated to Giving Back to the Community

www.DanvilleLivingCA.com

@DanvilleLivingCA

Newell Arnerich, Danville Councilmember and previous Mayor (six terms), who was first elected in 1995, is often asked, “Why did I get involved on the Danville Council?” The answer begins with his wife of 45 years, Janis Arnerich. His community involvement started thirty years ago on Danville’s Architectural Design Review Board and Planning Commission. Janis, a westside Montair Elementary Kindergarten teacher at the time, saw the advertisement asking for volunteers to serve on the Architectural Design Review Board, and as Newell explains, “she reminded me I had always wanted to get involved. I applied and went through two of my toughest professional interviews even though it was a volunteer position.”

After serving six months there was an opening on the Danville Planning Commission for a Design Review Board member to serve on both entities. Newell applied, had another rigorous interview, and was appointed by the Danville Council to the Planning Commission. After Newell served 5 years on both, he came to realize that Danville was not in very good financial shape and saw signs of missteps with the then current leadership. It was 1995, just having graduated Leadership San Ramon Valley, Newell applied his experience as a business owner of many years and decided Danville needed a new direction and to get its finances in order. Since that time, Danville’s financial health has been guided by Newell’s “pay as you go” fiscal policies, which have kept Danville fiscally strong. Newell explains, “a town must move cautiously and hold levels of service to the highest standards even during bad economic times. In Danville we were able to keep our services level at a very high mark throughout the great recession with no layoffs and no debt.” This was accomplished on the basis of both the ‘pay as you go’ philosophy and by extraordinary efforts and sacrifices of all of our Town employees. I can confidently say now that Danville’s financial management, staff and senior leadership is a shining example of how to run a cost-effective local government with no debt, saving and paying cash for capital projects and is the most cost-effective town in the area by a significant amount with no unfunded liabilities in any category.”

As Mayor, Newell presided over “hometown hero” celebrations of Captain “Sully” Sullenberger and Olympic Gold Medalists Jessica and Maggie Steffens. Newell serves on a variety of local and statewide committees keeping Danville at the forefront of engagement. These include, Rotary Club, past member for 23 years, Discovery Counseling 20 years, Leadership San Ramon Valley 20 years, Danville Library Endowment Board Member, Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Posse, 100 Club Contra Costa County Life Member, Tri Valley APAPA, a volunteer for Hospice of the East Bay, Organization Welcome Home, supporter of Sentinels of Freedom, and a Volunteer/Supporter for Operation Wounded Minds. An advocate for public education serving on Measure D School Facilities Bond Committee and Co-Chair, Valley Wide Committee on Youth Safety and Development. Graduate of Leadership San Ramon Valley, League of California Cities Mayors & Council Members Academy for Leadership and Advanced Leadership.

Newell earned a Bachelor’s degree at UC Berkeley in 1974, Master’s degrees in Architecture/Urban Design at UC Berkeley in 1976, and taught at UC Berkeley from 1975 to 1977. In 1978 Newell co-founded AD Architects in Berkeley, Los Angeles, and Honolulu, and a joint venture office in London. He has been the President/CEO of this awarding winning architectural firm in the Bay Area and Los Angeles for the past 40 years.

Janis and Newell have been living in West Danville now for 31 years, and for the last 16 years in the Remington area. Prior to that they lived in London from 1978- 1981. They moved to the west side as they needed a flat lot with a single-story level home as Newell’s father was going to live with them, who at the time had a severe memory disease with limited mobility. Their first west side home was a two-story on a steep hill which led them to find a single-story home with a large garden area on .45 acre close to the old town area.

Janis and Newell first met on September 8, 1957 at John Muir Elementary school in Mrs. Emily’s Kindergarten class. Later they both worked together as crossing guards in 6th grade, dated in high school and college and were married September 8, 1973, the summer before the beginning of their senior year in college. They have been married 45 years and have two grown children, Julia Arnerich Drake, 36, is married to Mike Drake. Julia is an ER Trauma Manager, and her husband works in the MediCal fraud unit with the State of California. Their son, Anthony Arnerich, 34, is married to Laila. He is a former Cpl. USMC, and both now work in banking.

Janis received her undergraduate degree at San Francisco State University in 1977, received her Master’s in Education and a second Master’s Degree in Administration, both at St. Mary’s College. She was a teacher in SRVUSD, elementary school Vice Principal in Pleasanton, and Principal in Orinda. Janis is now retired and decided to work for a non-profit coaching teachers and principals mainly in the Oakland School District. Janis and Newell love their community, hiking locally and everywhere while traveling the world sometimes upwards of 10,000 ft. in elevation. When not traveling or volunteering, Arnerich enjoys following Cal Bears, Oakland A’s, Giants, 49ers and Warriors.

photo

Some fun facts about their family is that all of them are very good cooks and enjoy unique foods and fresh items from their garden and occasionally some wine grapes from their small vineyard. Their family used to volunteer for 10 years at a cultural center in San Francisco to do catering for wedding and special events, one per month. Janis, Newell and their children worked together in the kitchen typically for 10-12 hours preparing buffets (an Arnerich specialty) and 5 course meals for 200 people. “We did this because the organization needed to pay for its new building and ran very short on fundraising. With one very experienced chef, a small group of members from the organization signed up as volunteers, and our head chef got us all well trained. We typically grossed $450,00 per year for 10 years. It was hard work, but a fun family experience.” Now the Arnerichs and their adult children all enjoy cooking for just a few friends.

Because of the type of work Newell’s firm has done over the years, it has given their family a wonderful opportunity to travel to many European countries together. As well, having an office in Hawaii has allowed their children to travel extensively throughout all the islands, and led to the Arnerichs eventually owning a timeshare in Princeville, Kauai. Most recently, Janis and Arnerich travelled to Sicily, Ireland and China. Like the play called “The kids are gone, the dog died, now what do we do?” Newell explains, “We have date nights, weekend getaways, and longer travel trips.” One of their weekly dates is to do a ‘walkabout’ old town Danville, stopping at three to four different restaurants to enjoy one course at each establishment. The Arnerich’s love living in their welcoming and friendly neighborhood with people always walking and many young children out and about. “The neighborhood is made up of people from very diverse backgrounds and careers, but all share the same feeling of loving the natural beauty of the Las Trampas open space on the west side, the cohesive neighborhood identity and feeling of camaraderie as we watch out for each other.”

Newell has a message for Danville Neighbors, “Danville is a special place to live, not only because it’s the safest community in California, but because of the neighbors who greet each other, look out for each other and occasionally lean in to help a troubled friend. All the while enjoying watching our children grow up and looking to the next generation to make their mark on the west side. A great place to live.”
